The role requires coordinating with the Client Facility Manager to optimize performance and allocate resources effectively.

The position emphasizes leadership, vendor management and adherence to safety, with 40% travel to Lewiston, ID and Spokane, WA, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years industry experience in corporate, service provider or consulting.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical/electrical).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance for all facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction and positive relationships across the portfolio.
• Oversee contract compliance, vendor performance, SLAs and KPI achievement.
• Coordinate with Client Facility Manager to ensure timely portfolio oversight.
• Support short/long-term projects and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform site inspections monthly/quarterly/annually.
