Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead regional operation teams responsible for client facilities. You will ensure the quality delivery of facility management operations, meet contractual deliverables, and drive uptime, cost savings, energy reductions, and service improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and client relationship skills, with 5–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant facilities operations experience.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation teams responsible for client facilities and ensure quality delivery of Facility Management Operations.
• Ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including uptime, cost savings, energy reductions, and service improvements.
• Interfacing with client senior management, vendors, and internal teams to address issues and drive performance.
• Utilize data and analytics to communicate solutions and support decision making.
• Conduct planned inspections to verify service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage vendor performance, hold vendors accountable, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain client relationships, resolve conflicts, and monitor ongoing client satisfaction.
• Oversee compliance with codes, standards, and company policies; support the engineering compliance program.
• Develop and manage project and operations budgets; prepare detailed scopes of work and costs.
