The role emphasizes safety, vendor management, and process improvement, with close collaboration with Delta Air Lines in the Seattle area.

You will develop strategic directions for operations and maintenance, guide training initiatives, and leverage CMMS tools to improve site performance while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience required, including oversight of technical teams.
• Experience managing facilities teams in industrial/manufacturing/logistics environments.
• Proven 24/7 operations management in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to plan within budget and time constraints.
• Proficient with CMMS systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional facilities team and drive overall vision and direction.
• Set strategic direction for operations and maintenance aligned with client goals.
• Oversee safety procedures and training programs.
• Manage third‑party contractors and vendors for maintenance services.
• Develop and monitor budgets and cost-saving initiatives across sites.
• Ensure site facilities deliver high-quality services per SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with account management to support client expectations.
