Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager for Spokane, WA. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate with on-site and contractors, and uphold safety and operational standards across the facility.

You will manage preventive maintenance programs, audits, inventories, and cost analyses while supporting multi-site production. On-call duties and shift flexibility are required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating multi-site work.
• Proficient in maintaining industrial machinery and electrical/electronic controls.
• Knowledge of CMMS and ability to read blueprints/electrical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Lead a maintenance team to meet safety and KPI targets.
• Schedule and track work orders, tickets, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage budgets and contractor relationships for-site and multi-site support.
• Oversee inventory, audits, and cost analyses.
• Provide performance feedback and grow team capabilities.
• Travel as required to support network needs.
• Maintain a client-centric relationship with stakeholders.
