Responsibilities

• Schedules maintenance for bank vehicles and coordinates servicing.
• Tracks vehicle maintenance history and ensures legal registrations.
• Manages remodel projects and service contracts with vendors.
• Receives and dispatches service requests and after-hours facility emergencies.
• Oversees complex facility workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
• Monitors and analyzes department processes to improve efficiency.
