Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of third-party commercial IFM experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management across the DC region and other locations as needed.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the client portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships, invoices, and procurement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving programs with the FM team.
