Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a dispersed regional portfolio, aligning with Client directives and company standards. You will lead property operations, maintenance, vendor management and project coordination to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of industry experience, and knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years of industry experience in corporate, third party service provider, or consulting roles.
General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
Maintain client satisfaction and positive client relationships through service delivery.
Ensure contract compliance, quality control, and meet KPIs and SLAs.
Partner with Client to oversee portfolio management and timely actions.
Collaborate within regional team to drive account success.
Manage work orders for maintenance teams and vendors.
Enforce company policies and safety training requirements.
Implement hazard controls and ensure local code compliance.
Support Client projects and initiatives to reduce costs and boost productivity.
Oversee regular site inspections.
