Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Properties Director to develop and implement the facilities management strategy across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and strong client relationships. The role leads high-performing teams, drives energy efficiency, and oversees budgets and contracts.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in projects/maintenance, solid budgeting for facilities management, and proven leadership. On-site Denver focus with potential multiple cities; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operations.
• Strong IFM operational budgeting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Knowledge of engineering and preventive maintenance.
• Understanding of QA, change control, and regulatory audits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership presence and ability to motivate others.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and set technical direction for facility managers, operations managers, and third-party vendors.
• Foster a safety-first work environment and culture.
• Respond to client requests with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site teams and directors on contractor selection and monitoring.
• Ensure compliant and efficient operational processes across facility types.
• Review and optimize energy efficiency in procedures.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior client leadership.
• Manage operational budgets and client GL accounting.
