Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably while collaborating with store managers and leadership.

The role requires active Master Plumber license, EPA certification, PMP or Lean Six Sigma, and willingness to travel ~50% within the region.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5+ years' experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Maintains up-to-date contractor licenses and active mechanical/plumbing licenses as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians; coordinate with store managers and facility services leadership.
• Manage vendors/contractors, scheduling inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
