Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber and Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with store managers, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently to support associates and customers.

The role requires travel within the region and collaboration with vendors, regulators, and leadership to ensure compliance and high standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Master Plumber license or equivalent in the state you will be working.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing facility services and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Work with vendors and contractors and manage reporting and analytics.
