Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead technicians to keep buildings safe, efficient, and comfortable for associates and customers, while driving compliance and quality.

You will travel extensively, work with store managers, vendors, and leadership, and manage reporting, licenses, and inspections to uphold high standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ facilities management or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on facilities operations.
• Keep contractor licenses up to date and in good standing.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
