Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint. You’ll lead technicians, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure safety and efficiency in facilities.

Expect ~50% regional travel, licensing upkeep, and collaboration with vendors and inspectors. Minimum qualifications include a Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years in facilities management (or 3 years with a relevant bachelor’s degree)

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management or 3 years with related bachelor’s degree.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the working state.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of predictive and preventative maintenance for facilities in the region.
• Lead a team of technicians; coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and inspections; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with vendors/contractors; perform reporting and analytics.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
