Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center seeks an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians, ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires a licensed master plumber with 5 years in facilities management or 3 years with a relevant degree; PMP/Lean Six Sigma and EPA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Work with vendors and contractors when needed; perform reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
