Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities across the region. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably while supporting associates and customers.

This role requires a Licensed Master Plumber with strong leadership, communication, and a background in facilities or construction management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber and 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed and ensure licenses, permits, and inspections are up to date.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance performance.
