Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of our facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably for associates and customers.

Role requires 50% regional travel, collaboration with Store Managers and Leadership, and ensuring compliance with codes and licensing. Master Plumber status and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field if no Master Plumber experience.
• Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state of employment.
• EPA Universal Certification, PMP Certification, Lean Six Sigma.
• Current Plumbing Contractor license; Master Plumber; Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities in a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; ensure permits and inspections are up to date.
• Handle reporting and analytics related to facility services and compliance.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
