Qualifications

• 3-5 years building maintenance experience preferred.
• Licenses/certifications related to facilities maintenance are required or beneficial.
• Ability to travel ~50% within region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance for facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with store managers and leadership on facility needs.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and permits.
• Report and analyze maintenance performance and metrics.
