Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center seeks a dynamic Licensed Master Plumber to oversee facilities maintenance operations regionally. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant building operations while coordinating with store leadership and external vendors.

The role requires approximately 50% regional travel and involvement in permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• 3 years’ experience in above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
• Travel approximately 50% within the region.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on facility needs.
• Work with vendors and contractors; ensure licenses and permits are current.
• Handle reporting, analytics, inspections, and compliance with codes.
