Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician to oversee multiple ESA facilities within the assigned region. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure assets are well-maintained, and drive cost efficiencies across sites.

You will train technicians, manage safety and compliance, and coordinate with regional leaders to implement best practices and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to continuously learn and apply industry trends.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experienced in negotiation and analysis, with attention to detail.
• Understand painting procedures and proper paint selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ESA facilities within the region to maintain assets in good repair and presentable condition.
• Provide training and development to Maintenance Technicians in the region.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and inventory control across assigned locations.
• Oversee regional projects, timelines, resources, and barrier removal to meet objectives.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and regional leaders.
