Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to oversee maintenance and renovation activities across 45–65 hotels in the RAM region. You will manage engineering teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance at each property.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and budgeting skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality assets while minimizing guest disruption. This position is based in California and involves extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school.
• Minimum 4 years' experience with Facilities or Asset Management.
• Understanding of construction and project management concepts, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Located in California.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hotels as needed and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare annual site visits and budgets.
• Manage CapEx maintenance and renovation activities.
• Oversee GC/vendor agreements and negotiate contracts.
• Schedule work to minimize guest disruption and operations.
• Maintain work order systems and site inspections.
• Educate, motivate, and evaluate maintenance engineers.
• Supervise third-party consultants and vendors.
