Job summary

Allure HCS is seeking a Regional Maintenance professional to lead the maintenance department across multiple centers. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct maintenance operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient facility management.

Responsibilities include overseeing documentation and preventive maintenance, coordinating with other departments, inspecting facilities, and supporting capital expenditure needs.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 5-10 years of building experience as a maintenance director.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Licensure in accordance with current standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to work with residents, staff, and public.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and regulatory guidelines in nursing facilities.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair, construction, and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the maintenance department.
• Oversee documentation, work orders, and plant operation aspects.
• Coordinate maintenance services with other departments.
• Establish a preventive maintenance program.
• Repair facility/resident property as needed.
• Inspect storage and work areas for upkeep and supply control.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
• Recommend adjustments in maintenance services to administrators.
