Responsibilities include managing contracts, budgets, vendors, and staff while maintaining site documentation and reporting. Requires 5–7 years in property management and a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration (required).
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial high-rise, campus, or property portfolio management (required).
• CMMS/Work Order Management systems experience.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, life-safety, and site services.
• Manage contracts, reviewed regularly and bid out as required; verify invoices match pricing.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions.
• Coordinate tenant requests and implement contract programs to meet tenant and client needs.
• Prepare, review, and approve budgets, financial reports, contracts and PO"s.
