Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion activities.
• Local and out-of-state travel is required to attend events and visit prospects.
• Ability to work weekends, i.e., once a month, to support local seminars and events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a career-oriented mindset and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Promote the All-in-One service platform for agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts.
• Recruit agents and conduct outreach through cold calls, events, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with agents, represent the company at events, and distribute promotion materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial goals.
• Educate agents on retirement concepts and wealth transition strategies.
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales, scheduling medical exams, and collecting data.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist with regional office tasks.
