TransGlobal Holding Co. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, promoting our All-in-One financial services platform.

You will travel locally and out-of-state to events, conduct trainings, and coordinate with a regional team to help agents serve clients with planning and wealth strategies. Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; licensing must be obtained within 90 days.

Formación

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; new hires must obtain licensing within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business development experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state to events and meet prospects.
• Able to work weekends once a month to support local seminars and events.

Responsabilidades

• Promote All-in-One service platform for insurance agents as part of recruitment.
• Recruit agents and financial professionals through outreach, events, and visits.
• Build relationships and participate in events, booths, and materials distribution.
• Educate on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
• Support life agents with sales and transactions, including scheduling exams and data collection.
• Attend training to stay current on product knowledge and carrier offerings.
• Coordinate with Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional operations.
