Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; licensing within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion.
• Local and out-of-state travel to events.
• Weekend availability once a month for local seminars.
• Fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Reach prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships; set up booths and distribute materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' needs.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition.
• Assist life agents with sales, scheduling exams, and data collection.
• Attend training to stay current on carrier products.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist to ensure regional office operations.
