Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to provide unwavering support to life insurance agents and promote our All-in-One financial services platform.

You will recruit agents, provide ongoing development, and guide clients through their financial journey with expertise and care. Travel locally and out of state is expected; licensing in life/health/accident is preferred with 90 days to obtain.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, or cold calling.
• Local and out-of-state travel required.
• Weekend work once a month to support local seminars/events.
• Growth mindset and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and professionals.
• Outreach via cold calls, events, and visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Build relationships and participate in events, set up booths and distribute materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' needs and goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition.
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and exams scheduling.
• Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist with regional office tasks.
