Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents, promoting our All-in-One financial services platform and recruiting new agents.

You will coach, train, and guide agents, helping them deliver exceptional client service and navigate financial journeys with expertise. The role requires travel, weekend events once a month, and a growth-minded professional with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred and must be obtained within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state to attend events.
• Ability to work weekends, once a month, to support local seminars and events.
• Growth mindset, professional etiquette in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and promote the All-in-One service platform as part of recruiting efforts.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Act as a point of contact to build relationships, attend events, set up booths, and distribute materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients’ financial needs and goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition through financial planning.
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including scheduling exams and data collection.
• Attend regular trainings to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional operations.
