You’ll empower agents with tools and guidance to excel and help clients navigate their financial journeys with care. The role requires engaging prospects through calls, events, and in-person visits, building relationships, and promoting a comprehensive suite of services.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain licensing within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling or business promotion.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state for events and prospect visits.
• Weekend availability once a month to support seminars and events.
• Growth mindset, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and promote the All-in-One service platform to financial professionals.
• Engage prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
• Build relationships, set up booths, and distribute promotional materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' needs and goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition strategies.
• Support life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including exams and data collection.
• Attend regular training to stay current on product knowledge across carriers.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist with regional office tasks.
