TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents and promote our All-in-One financial services. You will recruit, develop, and empower agents, guiding them to serve clients with expertise and care across our national network.

Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

Recruit agents and promote All-in-One service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals.
Approach prospects via cold calls, events, and visits to recruit agents and professionals.
Serve as a liaison to build relationships, attend events, set up booths, and distribute materials.
Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs and goals.
Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
Support agents with insurance sales, scheduling medical exams, and collecting data.
Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
Support Regional Internal Specialist with regional operations.
