Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions seeks a Regional Account Solutions Manager to drive growth in industrial accounts across the Jacksonville metro area and surrounding regions.

You will use consultative selling to win new accounts and expand existing relationships, manage territory plans, and collaborate with CRM and field operations to ensure service excellence while meeting revenue targets and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of outside sales experience in the environmental services industry.
• Experience in the commercial wastewater industry (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel overnight 25% or more as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plan with target accounts, outline sales cycle plans, forecast revenue, and set dates for first service.
• Maintain accurate activity records within the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with executive-level decision makers and operational implementers in accounts.
• Prepare and present treatment and disposal proposals, presentations, quotes, and RFP responses that address customer needs.
• Work within company pricing, products, and services guidelines.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure service implementation and customer satisfaction.
