Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC seeks a Client Solutions Manager to market integrated delivery projects directly to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience across the Southeast region. You’ll serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, helping identify and close opportunities for ecological restoration and resilience solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage external relationships, and travel regionally to project sites

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in related industry with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables.
• Experience interpreting contracts and deal structure; understanding financial health of deals.

• Pursue and win business opportunities in assigned market.
• Identify qualified leads and manage external relationships.
• Lead proposal development and deal structuring.
• Represent RES during client meetings and industry events.
