Job summary

Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. seeks a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager in managing Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls businesses.

This role will report to the Senior Engineering Manager and lead efforts to maintain and grow the business units. You will guide engineers, collaborate with Service Center Managers and Sales to drive pipeline growth, oversee orders and forecasting, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Vertiv product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical leadership and development skills.
• Technical Degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth and assist in forecasting with Service Center Managers and Sales.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure closure by accountable parties.
• Assist Sales with customer meetings and communicate project schedule changes.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate project financials, status, and regional needs to stakeholders.
• Ensure the team is trained and equipped with necessary tools to succeed.
• Monitor costs and margins to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Manila Team for project execution and related tasks.
