Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; forecast and execute orders.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure closure by accountable parties.
• Assist Sales with customer meetings and communicate vital project schedule changes.
• Assist in project scope reviews and provide feedback for pricing and cost control.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
