Job summary

Vertiv in Ohio is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to assist the Senior Engineering Manager in leading the Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls businesses and to help maintain and grow the regional portfolio.

You will guide a team of engineers, coordinate with service centers and sales, manage scope, pricing feedback, forecasting, and ensure timely invoicing while upholding Vertiv’s core principles.

• 10 years of Vertiv product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; execute orders and forecast.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure closure by responsible parties.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Coordinate with COE Admin and Service Centers to ensure proper job opening, assignment, and invoicing.
