Job summary

Vertiv is hiring a Regional Engineering Supervisor in Missouri to support the Senior Engineering Manager in managing Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls businesses. The role leads engineers, mentors staff, and collaborates with service centers and sales to grow the pipeline and forecast project needs.

Travel is expected around 25% with a focus on steering projects, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely invoicing and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on professional engineering services such as studies and protection and controls.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales; forecast and execute orders.
• Lead backlog reviews and ensure closure by accountable parties.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding financials, project status and regional needs.
• Ensure team training and proper tools to be successful.
