Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager for the Albany, OR region. You will lead a diverse maintenance team, drive reliability-centered practices, and coordinate with external contractors to keep the supply chain facility running at peak efficiency.

You will own safety programs, mentor technicians, and ensure timely execution of maintenance plans while managing asset life cycles and performance metrics across the site.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage, lead, and influence others on a team while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.
• Self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Excellent PC competency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and EAM Software Technicians to high performance.
• Foster reliability-centered maintenance culture and strong safety practices.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires and ongoing team development.
• Manage external contractors and multi-project priorities with clear escalation paths.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to Asset Management standards.
