Job summary
Radius Recycling is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in McMinnville, Oregon to lead a team responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment. This role emphasizes high reliability, proactive maintenance planning, and timely execution to support production and safety standards.
The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and experience with CMMS (Oracle EAM).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in related field preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance/mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading maintenance teams with high reliability through defined standards and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve results.
- Familiarity with RCA and FMEA; experience with CMMS systems such as Oracle EAM.
Responsibilities
- Oversees department material needs and ensures supplies are available when needed.
- Schedule and supervise staff for the machine shop and building maintenance (janitors).
- Fill in for labor pool and mobile maintenance supervisors.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by departments or Superintendents.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and/or repair as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
