Qualifications

• Preferred 4-year degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading maintenance teams across designated shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and CMMS/EAM staff to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Oversee budget (OpEx/CapEx) and capital project coordination with contractors.
• Promote a safety-first culture with LOTO, Arc Flash, and PPE compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance.
