Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager in Lugoff, SC to drive high equipment availability and a reliability-centered culture across the site. You will lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and EAM Technicians, delivering data-driven improvements and coordinating with external contractors.

Formación

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage, lead, and influence others while prioritizing multiple projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor management.
• Self-motivated and customer-centric.
• Excellent PC competency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance technicians, utility attendants and EAM software technicians to enable high facility reliability.
• Develop and implement safety programs and ensure compliance with LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE and safety procedures.
• Manage external contractors and on-call emergencies; plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Improve system reliability through root-cause analysis and daily data-driven processes.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance reviews; build positive cross‑functional relationships.
• Own performance metrics, shift hand-offs, and asset life-cycle management for site equipment.
