Job summary

Arauco in Albany, Oregon is seeking a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to lead planning and execution of maintenance activities in a manufacturing setting.

You will manage backlog, coordinate with area owners, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and efficiency, reporting to Maintenance Manager. The role is onsite with frequent cross-functional collaboration and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo).
Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills; MS Project a plus.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly, monthly and annual maintenance meetings to review priorities, backlog, and schedule adherence.
Review and prioritize backlog using SAP; hold routine backlog meetings with area owners.
Build weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance activity schedules.
Coordinate materials and storeroom activities to support maintenance work.
Oversee outages, permits, and safe work practices for scheduled jobs.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive performance improvements.
