KSB Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Energy, to drive new engineered equipment sales across multiple markets in the US. You will build strategic relationships with EPCs, OEMs, engineering firms and end-users, leveraging value-based selling to expand the installed base.

This remote/hybrid role reports to the VP of Engineered Business, with location flexibility to Richmond, VA or Kansas City, MO; travel about 20% to support customer relationships and business development.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in technical sales, preferably in the pump industry.
• Strong technical understanding of pumping systems, process engineering, and equipment applications.

• Develop strategic relationships with EPCs, OEMs, engineering firms, and end-users across technologies.
• Identify and implement strategies to grow installed base and achieve sales targets.
• Lead Inside Sales support to maximize order intake and profitability.
• Maintain CRM data and accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent KSB at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
