Responsabilités

• Manage business development efforts within the Applications & Engineered Projects Hub, aligning with segment strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and industry teams to craft tailored customer solutions.
• Use CRM and enablement tools to manage pursuits and maintain visibility across opportunities.
• Maintain accountability for KPIs and OKRs related to hub strategy and customer engagement.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence, knowledge sharing, and customer value.
• Apply sales acumen across Critical Infrastructure, Applications, and Engineered Projects to support solution development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand discipline-specific requirements and align with broader objectives.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the focused segment.
