Qualifications

• Ability to influence cross-functional resolution and outcomes.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic vision for the Regional Accounts Relationship Management organization.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of RM leaders.
• Translate strategies into priorities and measurable goals.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Product and Service teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive renewal, add-issue, and cross-functional execution strategies.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, brokers and marketplace partners.
