• Depth of GB product knowledge and relationships.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Operational excellence including prioritization and execution.
• Ability to influence cross-functional resolution and outcomes.
• Takes ownership and drives improvements with high standards.
• Strong employee engagement and inclusive leadership.
• Understanding of external market dynamics and data-driven storytelling.
• Group Life & Health license and ongoing CE requirements; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic vision for the Regional Accounts RM organization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving accountability and inclusion.
• Translate strategies into priorities, goals, and actionable plans.
• Influence product development and enterprise decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Product, and Service.
• Drive renewal, add-issue, and cross-functional execution to improve outcomes.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, brokers, and stakeholders.
