This role focuses on talent development, operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience while partnering with AVP and peers to shape segment strategy. Hybrid or remote work is supported with office travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Group Benefits experience.
• At least five years’ experience leading teams.
• Depth of GB product knowledge and relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the East Region Relationship Management organization.
• Develop and execute account strategies to improve persistency and growth.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and Product to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive talent development and operational excellence across the team.
