Job summary

Schneider Electric in Midland, TX is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to lead solution sales across channel partners, consultants, contractors and end users in electrical distribution, automation and energy management markets. You will translate customer needs into engineered‑to‑order proposals and drive multi‑layered account plans.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant sales experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, Technology or Business, and strong relationships with C‑suite

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution or energy management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business.
• Experience selling to C‑suite executives.
• Proven consultative sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor with Channel Partners, Consultants, Contractors and End Users to influence design of electrical distribution systems.
• Sell Low/Medium Voltage distribution, automation, services and related equipment engineered‑to‑order.
• Connect Partners to offers, applications and tools to meet commercial goals.
• Consult with internal teams to bring Schneider Electric innovations to market.
• Drive market strategy and demand generation through multi‑layered account plans.
• Exceed sales and profitability metrics to support growth in assigned markets.
• Understand Schneider Electric software, cloud analytics and services in relation to customers’ sustainability goals.
