Job summary

Schneider Electric in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a results-driven sales professional to advisor electrical contractors and channel partners, selling LV/MV distribution and related services. The role requires deep electrical distribution knowledge, consultative selling, and strong relationship management.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions, develop growth plans, and drive revenue across market segments in the U.S. base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Business preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy management industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor with Electrical Contractors, Channel Partners, Consultants, and End Users to influence design of electrical distribution systems.
• Sell Low Voltage/Medium Voltage equipment and services to distribute, monitor and control electrical networks.
• Interpret plans and conditions to develop winning proposals.
• Drive market strategy and demand generation with account plans and partner engagement.
