The role partners with operations leaders to embed EHS into daily management, capital projects, and change initiatives, while driving hazard controls, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across sites.

Excellent leadership, regulatory expertise, and collaboration across functions are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• Progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites or dispersed operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and regional obligations.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems & risk controls.
• Skilled in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and performance across multiple sites in the region.
• Provide leadership, technical direction, and coaching to site leaders and EHS professionals.
• Integrate EHS requirements into business planning, projects, and change management.
• Drive accountability for hazard control and corrective action closure.
• Lead investigations of injuries and environmental events and implement corrective actions.
• Develop regional EHS plans and improvement roadmaps.
