Job summary

Valmont Industries seeks a Regional Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the deployment of EHS strategies across a defined geographic region with multiple sites. You will drive risk reduction, incident response, and regulatory compliance while integrating EHS into business operations.

This role requires collaboration with senior leaders, cross-site initiatives, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s with 7+ years in safety, industrial hygiene, fire protection, or related field.
• Alternate: Associate’s with 9+ years experience; or 11+ years with escalating responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead EHS programs across sites and regions.
• Experience with enterprise safety information systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS strategy across multiple sites or businesses.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement EHS programs, standards, and training.
• Assess hazards, perform risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching to site teams and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
