Job summary

4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll partner with site leaders, empower teams, and drive continuous improvement in EHS culture.

You will own ISO 14001 programs, oversee OSHA and EPA compliance, and build strong training and accountability practices that protect people and the environment while supporting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing EHS leadership.
• Experience in multi-site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments.
• Strong ability to build safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership from shop floor to executive level.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and federal/state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve company-wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership.
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations.
