Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple sites in Michigan. This role will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards, develop strong safety cultures, and drive risk reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in EHS, a Master's degree or similar qualifications, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels while managing safety training and compliance audits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in EHS, including 3+ years in a management or multi-site role.
• Ability to inspire and influence change across all levels of the organization.
• Communication of complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct EHS audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
• Develop and implement training for safe practices.
